Team Member Profile – Kallee CrightonKallee

Kallee is an incredibly valuable member of our team as in a lot of instances. Kallee will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients when contacting our business. Kallee has such a great commitment to her role and always has a smile for our clients, whilst offering a variety of services including event & refit management, logistics, interior styling, and assisting the team with occasional detailing projects.

How long have you been with DBM?

I have been with DBM part and full time for 2 years.

Tell us a little about your background.

I am originally from a small town in North Queensland and always grew up with a dream to travel the world.  After my first solo back packing trip around the world at 21, I decided it was time to fulfill a life time dream and work on luxury yachts abroad.  I booked a one way ticket to Europe with the intention of staying for a year….which turned into 11 years.

Why did you join DBM?

I’ve always been extremely passionate about the marine industry and pride myself in who I work for.  DBM is no exception and offers a service above all others, Mel and Tony really have paved the way for the level of quality and service offered in the detailing industry on the East Coast of Australia.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction, and in your role your often the first person that clients speak to. Why is ensuring our clients have a great experience so important to you?

The first initial interaction a new client has with a business determines how it will move forward.  Our existing clients are very loyal as they are continually provided with the highest standard of workmanship and are alwyas greeted with a friendly smile from a DBM team member. Each and every team member prides themselves on ensuring our clients are happy.

What do you enjoy most about your role at DBM?

Diversity, I love that no day is the same.  My job varies from liasing with new and existing clients, interior styling, quality control to detailing (just to name a few).

What has been the highlight of your role to date?

Working with such a great team, DBM is truly like a family.  Mel and Tony have done such a great job in creating an environment where all team members feel supported and appreciated.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I love eating at new restaurants, nature walks, reading and spending time with friends.
