How long have you been working with DBM?
DBM have been one of our Marina Partners since 2019, one of our first partnerships formed at Sanctuary Cove Marina.
It’s quite an honour for DBM to partner with Sanctuary Cove as a provider of detailing and maintenance services for your tenants, why did you choose to partner with DBM?
We chose to partner with DBM because DBM provide a high level of service that that is similar to our offering at Sanctuary Cove Marina. From their prompt response to their wealth of knowledge, and organisation of vessel maintenance. Also the friendliness of the entire DBM team. We have DBM team members out on the docks every day at Sanctuary Cove Marina and you’ll never see a DBM team member that isn’t friendly, smiling and prepared to help wherever needed.
What do your Berth Holders have to say about the services they receive from DBM?
Sanctuary Cove Marina Berth Holders love the friendly and prompt service from DBM. Being able to keep their vessels at home in their berth, while DBM comes out to the site meaning the vessel owners can relax.
The facilities for tenants and visitors at Sanctuary Cove are world class, how important is it to offer a full complement of premium services for your berth holders?
Having a full complement of premium services means our Berth Holders always have direct access to premium providers that already know Sanctuary Cove Marina, whilst also having access to world class dining, shopping and entertainment options right on the water’s edge of the marina. Sanctuary Cove Marina Berth Holders can enjoy access to championship golf courses, 5 star InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, over 80 specialty stores and dining options as well as having direct access to Sanctuary Cove Marina’s partners in the hospitality and the marine industries, such as DBM.
Do you and your team enjoy working with Mel, Tony and the DBM team?
The entire team at Sanctuary Cove love working with Mel and Tony as well as the team at DBM, from the logistics team with catering and events, through to the team we see in the Marina on a daily basis. Mel and Tony have created a fantastic community within DBM which we look forward to seeing each time they are here.
